Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our Affiliate Program! We’re excited to partner with you and help you earn commissions while sharing our products with your audience. To keep things running smoothly, please read through our Affiliate Terms & Conditions below. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to these terms.

1. Commission Structure & Payouts

  • Affiliates earn a 10% commission on all eligible sales made through their unique affiliate link or discount code.
  • Commissions are eligible for withdrawal 30 days after an order has been placed, ensuring that returns and cancellations are accounted for.
  • Payments are made on a monthly basis via your desired method, located in your dashboard.
  • Commission payouts are only valid for completed transactions (i.e., orders that are not refunded, canceled, or disputed).

2. Affiliate Activity Requirements

  • To maintain an active affiliate status, you must share content featuring our products at least twice per month on your social media platforms.
  • If an affiliate remains inactive for 2 months (i.e., no content shared), their account will be automatically deactivated. However, we understand life gets busy! If you need a break, just reach out to us, and we can work something out.
  • We love creative freedom—you can showcase our products in a way that feels natural to your brand! You do not need to mention us in every post, just tag us somewhere, or collaborate with us! It should appear authentic and real.
  • We may from time to time review accounts to see if there is a competing brand, this may result in the affiliate program agreement being cancelled without notice, any earned payments will be paid out at the 30 day period. While we believe in supporting other brands, we do have to maintain a level of exclusivity or the partnership can lead to being one sided which is unhelpful for both parties.

3. "Levelling Up" & Order Qualification

  • Affiliates may have opportunities to “level up” for higher commission rates or additional perks. However, this is based on customer orders only—your own purchases do not count toward leveling up.
  • Orders must come from friends, followers, or customers who genuinely engage with your content.
  • Every 30 days, we review affiliate performance to ensure fair qualification. We want to reward your efforts, so if you’re actively promoting but need support to increase sales, reach out, and we’ll work with you!

4. Code & Link Usage

  • Your affiliate discount code or link can work for both customer/audience, as well as yourself! Meaning bigger savings and earning back on your own orders. Matsui hair reserves the right to remove this benefit at any stage upon discretion.
  • Discount codes cannot be stacked with other promotions unless explicitly approved.
  • Affiliates found engaging in spammy, misleading, or dishonest promotions will be removed from the program.

5. Brand Representation & Compliance

  • Affiliates are expected to represent our brand positively and ethically. Any content that is offensive, misleading, or violates platform/community guidelines may result in removal.
  • Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with us in posts, as per FTC/ASA guidelines (e.g., using #ad, #affiliate).
  • We welcome genuine, honest reviews and feedback—no need to oversell!

 

6. Flexibility & Our Commitment to You

  • Unlike other brands, we value our affiliates and want this to be a win-win partnership. If you ever need an extension on posting content, have a unique promo idea, or need assistance, just reach out—we’re happy to work with you!
  • We may occasionally gift you products, provide bonus commissions, or offer exclusive perks as a thank-you for your hard work.

7. Account Termination

  • Affiliates who violate these terms (e.g., misuse codes, misrepresent the brand, or engage in unethical promotions) may be removed from the program at our discretion.
  • If you no longer wish to be part of the affiliate program, you can simply let us know—no hard feelings!

8. Updates to These Terms

  • We may update these terms occasionally, but we’ll always notify affiliates in advance. Continuing to participate in the program means you agree to the updated terms.
